Corn Production News
It was recently reported in the US that corn planting will be at its highest level in more than 63 years. Much of this speculation has to do with the increased demand for corn in ethanol production. This trend will only increase when ethanol plants come online as energy producers invest in ethanol production.
As simple economics have shown us in the past, when demand increases, so do prices. At least in the short-run when supplies are catching up to demand. If Ethanol production increases as it has, then the demand will constantly increase holding prices at elevated levels. Current projections put corn bushels in the $3.50 to $4.00 range this year.
Farmers are taking advantage of this economic fact by increasing corn production, and reducing production of other less valuable crops. Vitazyme can increase your profits in corn. By reducing the amount of nitrogen you need to apply, you can save money on input expenses, and use the savings to purchase Vitazyme . A 10% reduction in nitrogen for a farmer who uses 100 lb/acre will save about $6.00, enough for one application of Vitazyme. For one who uses 200 lb/acre you can save enough for two of your three typically needed applications. Some studies have been done with only two applications and found good results. For the very best results, make sure to do a seed coat, injection fertilization or treatment of the furrow with Vitazyme when seeding.
You will be able to reduce your risk exposure to the elements by using Vitazyme, as you will produce stronger and healthier plants that resist pest, disease and drought better than plants not treated with Vitazyme. Most importantly, you will take advantage of increased yield of the crop. After paying for itself with nitrogen reductions, most times Vitazyme will increase the yields of your crops substantially, resulting in increased income. Lastly Vitazyme is sustainable, with no toxic runoff, and has an increasing positive effect on plants and soils when used year after year.
For an economic analysis of a recent corn study look below. See the Fertilizer Efficiency brochure for more examples of the ability to reduce the amount of nitrogen input when using Vitazyme.

From this one example Vitazyme is paid for almost 3 times over by the reduction in Nitrogen used alone. And yield increased by about 11 bushels per acre. This amounts to approximately $61.50 increase in income per acre. A small 100 acre operation with similar yields per acre will return over $6000 increased profits! About $5.00 in return profit for every dollar spent on Vitazyme. See for yourself how profitable using Vitazyme in your input mix can be. A special offer for the 2007 season for all new customers in the US, purchase any quantity of Vitazyme for your farm, and we will ship it to you for free. Whether it’s a gallon, pallet or container, FREE shipping in the continental US! Email Tom Hudak, or call us today at 1.585.506.2199 to place your order.
